  I would not put a dog into these apartments because I won't take out renters insurance they just informed me that I've had 4 noise complaints I'm the only one that lives there have no downstairs neighbors or neighbors across the Hall they gave me a 5 day of eviction notice signed from the court house that was a copy and then turn around and say we do this with all of them and then said it was not an Eviction notice I didn't even know about noise complaints until today and now she can't tell me why they've never given me a noise complaint notice, And I have been late on rent twice no more than a week and I'm formed them of that because I receive private pay but 2 days after I moved in I shut my bedroom door and the whole center cof the door fell out to where they did not replace the door they just put putty in it and filled a big hole, I didn't turn it in, the place is a dump, The neighbors have had old furniture setting up stairs on the breezeway for 2 months and that's all OK, And I have never complain ever not one time and I guess it's ghost neighbors turning me and downstairs because there has not been anybody living there.

  Not a military friendly company. Although they will correspond with you via multiple email accounts, only one account is the "approved" one for official notifications. I've had 3 previous realtors in OKC area that were more flexible with PCSing and deployments. There were a few things broken in the house when we moved in and got them fixed, however it could have been quicker. Overall, I recommend you steer clear of this company unless you find a house you can't pass on.

  I wish I could give no stars. From the time we moved in, we had problems. Windows were. It sealed off. Door had no weather stripping. Air conditioning condensate drain was routed to a bedroom closet and drained in the floor. The apartment was not cleaned or made ready before we moved in. When we moved in, there were holes in the walls and the "new" carpet was ripped. Cabinets were caked in dirt. I spent a month cleaning the place before we could actually move in. They pro-rated our rent, which was nice of them. The management was nice, but the maintenance sucked. You would fill out a maintenance request, and get an email a week later saying it was completed when it was never done. We moved out ASAP when we found out that the apartment and building was infested with roaches. At night, you can go outside and literally see thousands crawling on the ground and walls. Inside the apartment, you would feel them run across your feet at night sitting on the couch. That's when we packed up and left. These apartments were built in 1970ish and need to be burned to the ground and built new again. Please, save yourself the trouble and move elsewhere.
